Teresa brings over two decades of dedicated experience to the health and wellbeing space, having established and nurtured a successful clinic in Maitland, NSW. Her work is shaped by a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence and a commitment to evidence‑informed, client‑centred care.
She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2006 with a focus on lymphatics, and has since continued to expand her knowledge through extensive training and professional development. Guided by a long‑standing passion for the lymphatic system, Teresa went on to qualify as a Certified Decongestive Lymphatic Therapist (DLT), the recognised gold standard for treating lymphatic and vascular conditions.
This advanced training allows her to support clients experiencing swelling, fluid imbalance, post‑surgical recovery, and chronic lymphatic concerns, helping them achieve meaningful reductions in symptoms and improved overall wellbeing.
Teresa is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA). Her treatments qualify for Health Fund rebates.
