Hayden is a remedial massage therapist with a strong foundation in evidence‑informed manual therapy and an expanding scope in integrative health. He holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, with additional certifications in Dry Needling, Personal Training, Functional Release Cupping, and IASTM. He is also currently completing his Master Integrative Nutritional Therapist qualification, broadening the way he supports clients beyond hands‑on treatment.

Hayden understands that pain, recovery, and overall wellbeing are shaped by more than the physical body. Lifestyle, stress, movement patterns, and internal systems all play a role, and this whole‑person perspective informs every treatment. His approach looks beyond symptoms, identifying contributing factors and working through complex presentations with clarity and intention.

With a background in combat sports and experience supporting athletes in performance‑driven environments, Hayden has developed a deep understanding of physical load, injury patterns, and the demands placed on the body through both high‑intensity training and everyday life.

In each session, Hayden draws from a tailored combination of sports and remedial massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, and instrument‑assisted techniques. His focus is on creating meaningful, lasting change and helping every client move, function, and feel their best.
